Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to return a product without giving a reason, as long as its packaging is intact and sealed.

How to return a product

Email info@anthosperfume.gr with your order number and the product you are returning, or fill in the form below. It only needs to be sent within the 14 days.
Send the product to Perdikari 8, Heraklion, Crete, within 14 days of your email. You can also bring it to one of our stores.
Once we receive it, we refund you using the same payment method, within 14 days of your email.

What we refund

The price of the product and the original shipping cost (of the cheapest option) if you return the whole order.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product is faulty or wrong.
We may hold the refund until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it.

Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened or tested after delivery cannot be returned (Greek Law 2251/1994, art. 3i). This does not apply to faulty products.

Faulty or wrong product

If you received a faulty or wrong product, email a photo to info@anthosperfume.gr. We will send you the right product or refund you, and cover the shipping. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity always applies.
