Shipping policy
Shipping is free on orders over €30 within Greece and over €200 to the rest of the EU.

- Dispatch: orders are prepared and handed to the courier on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays ship on the next working day after that.
- Tracking: once your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.
- Cash on delivery: available for deliveries within Greece only, with an extra charge of €3.50.
- Failed delivery: if the courier cannot reach you, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery or collection from their depot.
- Damage in transit: please check your parcel on delivery. If anything is broken, email photos to info@anthosperfume.gr within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
- Outside the EU: for now we only ship within Greece and the rest of the EU.
